The
Junction One
Restaurant combines
excellent cuisine with modern
surroundings. Situated on the ground
floor of the Hotel overlooking the
10th and 18th fairways it has a casual
sophistication.
The
Resident Head Chef Adrian Usher and
his dedicated team have prepared a
menu using only the freshest of
seasonal and local produce. The
emphasis is on simple fresh
ingredients that will appeal to all
tastes. The extensive a la carte
menu is served from 6:30pm daily
The Restaurant
serves Breakfast in the morning from
7am to 10:30am (Weekdays) and 7:30am
to 11am (Weekends).
A wide variety of
food is also available on our Sunday
Lunch Menu served from 12.30-
3.00pm.
The
Junction One
Bar also situated on the
ground floor and overlooking our
rolling fairways provides modern yet
cosy surroundings to ensure comfort
and relaxation as you sample a
hearty pint of Guinness or our Chefs
culinary delights from our Bar Menu
served daily from 12pm. Also
offering terrace facilities it is
the perfect setting, whether dining
for business or pleasure.
On Saturday
nights live entertainment is
provided by a variety of different
entertainers.
