Hill Walking & Rambling in Tipperary

The Glen of Aherlow Tourist Information Office, Co. Tipperary: 8 miles / 12 kms from Hotel, provides information and published maps for walks in the surrounding Glen of Aherlow and Galtee Mountains.
The local walking club schedules guided walks most Sundays and shorter walks on Wednesday evenings during the summer.

The Glen of Aherlow Nature Park features many easily followed walking trails and picnic sites.

The Ballyhoura Way, a segment for the O’Sullivan Beara Route starts from John’s Bridge close to Liscarroll, Co. Cork and Ends at Limerick Junction. http://www.ballyhouracountry.com
