Child Safety Guidelines
At Great National Ballykisteen Golf Hotel
The Great National Ballykisteen Hotel takes pride in welcoming families with open arms and we’re delighted to see children enjoying our facilities.
Unsurprisingly, childrens safety is of the utmost importance to us. As a result, here are a few procedures you should note on keeping your children’s stay safe and joyful at GN Ballykisteen Hotel:
Mind your little one
Various areas in the hotel such as corridors, bars, restaurant and lobby can get busy during peak times. So, to avoid any potential hazards, an adult should be with a child at all times.
Bar Rules
It’s no surprise that we obey all the relevant laws – here are the rules about children in bars according to Ireland’s Liquor Licencing Law:
· Kids under 15 are allowed in bar areas up to 9.00pm only if they are with a parent or guardian. After this time children will have to leave the area.
· Children aged 15/18, are allowed in the bar unaccompanied up until 9.00pm. After this time they have to leave the bar.
Swimming Pool
Children are allowed in the pool until 7pm daily.
Walk – don’t run – around the pool.
Kids under the age of 14 require adult supervision.
Don’t dive in!!
A family break away is a time to have some fun and relax. Most importantly, your family should always be safe. It is our hope that the guidelines listed above are obeyed and your family has an experience to remember. We look forward to welcoming you and your family to the beautiful Great National Ballykisteen Golf Hotel, one of the best Family Hotels in Tipperary.
