Executive Head Chef Mary Reynolds prides herself on her use of fresh Tipperary produce and speciality local foods.
Breakfast
Set yourself up for the day ahead with a full Irish breakfast, prepared from the finest local produce and free range eggs. Or for something lighter, perhaps try fresh fruit salad, cereals or warm pastries from the continental buffet.

Sunday Carvery
After a wonderful Sunday carvery buffet lunch, we invite you to finish off a delightful afternoon and take a stroll around the picturesque grounds or relax in the beautiful surroundings of our hotel.
Dinner
A fresh approach to classic Irish cuisine. Dinner is served Thursday – Saturday in the Junction One Restaurant from 6.30-9pm providing fine quality local produce at its very best.
Dinner is served Sunday-Wednesday evenings in Junction One Bar.
