Kilfinane Outdoor Education Centre

Kilfinane OEC is a Public Outdoor Education Centre administered by Limerick and Clare Education and Training Board. They provide quality Outdoor Education Courses for School, Youth & Adult Groups.

These courses, which are delivered by highly qualified Instructors, use the Outdoors and Adventure experiences as a medium for personal development. Each programme introduces participants to a range of Adventure Sports and challenging situations to help them to develop skills such as responsibility, teamwork and trust.

Kilfinane OEC also offers courses for individuals, which provide an opportunity to participate in adventure sports and develop their skills. The Centre caters for all age groups from 8 years upwards and provides activities such as River Walks, Mountain Biking and Canoeing. There is an excellent range of activities and they offer courses on a residential and non-residential basis. The education system prides themselves on providing a warm welcome, professional & qualified instructor, excellent food & comfortable modern accommodation.
