Known for blending traditional folk roots with a contemporary indie edge, he first gained widespread attention with his viral track “Going Out for One”. He has toured internationally, including sold‑out dates in Newfoundland, and recently dedicated a moving tribute to his late father during a tour stop in Canada. Mc Carthy’s performances are intimate yet powerful, perfectly balancing lyrical storytelling with engaging stage presence.
